          It is important to have a great ideas in a great and successful business. One of the main reason is to attract more customers and consumers to spend in your business. Deaf In Business (DIB) has done a great job in business with such great ideas. They hire the deaf persons to work in their café so that it could attract more people to their café even the café was opened in a quite hidden place. The first sight when I enter the café, I felt so surprised and admire that the founder of the café, Dr. Allen Teh, could find out such idea to run his business. He helped the deaf persons a lot because he made a chance for them to have a job and had given them a chance to not letting themselves down even they were deaf. My group members for this intergrated group and I had visited the café for twice because we can’t get to interview their manager at the first time because he was out. The manager of the café, Mr. Ma Lana, explained to us how he operate and lead the business with his skills during the second time we went to the café. He is a nice and kind person because he is willing to share with us about his skills without any selfish thoughts. I admire the ways and skills on how he lead the deaf person and the operations of the business even most of the workers are deaf. The ways he used to lead and operate the business are like motivating the workers like bring them for movies or any sports activities. In my opinion, we should and must always think of a better ways to lead the business as a managers like what Mr. Ma Lana did, so that they will perform better in their work.
