The most enjoyable thing that I found doing this project was I managed to improve my ties with my group mates. It is one of the things that I treasure the most. The way to improve the activity is to have it to be more game like to create more interest. The knowledge will be helpful to me in the future when I have the chance to manage people. When managing a team it would be easier for me as I can apply some of the techniques which I picked-up from DIB managers.

The learning experiences for this project is tied into TGC, (Taylor’s Graduate Capabilities). First and foremost, cooperation with my group members has aid me to enhance my Interpersonal Skills. I get know to interact and communicate with my group members to solve any issue. It helps to improve our team dynamic, so that we were enabled to finish our work without any conflict. Whenever we faced difficulties, we always try to motivate each other to relieve stress in order to complete the work smoothly. Our work were divided few questions for each group member to handle, depending on their personal’s ability. We were also sharing knowledge each other to improve interaction between my group members. For instance, we always shared about personal’s expertise, information and skills. Teamwork in our group has contributed our individual’s skills and tried to accept the other advice in order to come out the proper answer. Furthermore, I learnt to know how to think critically and creatively. Whenever we faced difficulties, we will have a discussion with group members to find out what’s wrong and try to solve the problems. We will choose the best option to solve the problems and carry out the solution effectively. In my opinions, this is the best way to solve problems in a group work, it enable us to improve our problem solving skills at the same time. Moreover, researching to obtain information accurately indicated Digital Literacy. Digital Literacy is a soft skills which under TGC. Our team used the sources of internet and also lecture slide notes to obtain the most accurate information without any mistake. Throughout doing this project in this few months enables me to use Information and Communication Technology (ICT) effectively to collect different of information about DIB through internet.
