     In this semester, I have taken quantitative techniques and feel that this was similar to what I have learned in form 5 add maths. But, when I study this subject it was totally different because it requires more thinking and analysing. I have also learned how to use excel more effectively and also learned a lot of knowledge from this course.

    

     When we started doing our group assignment we met some problems that we students hate. After we form our group we did not divide the work quarterly. After that, there were some conflicts inside the group. But then, our leader Kenney finally found out the way to resolve our conflict. She divided the job for four members, two members doing part A while the other two doing part B and Kenney doing the rest and assist all of us. I admired her leadership of doing things right and that’s what leader should have. On the other hand, my technique of using excel isn’t that well so I had a hard time to do it although I team up with my friend. We also have another problem on how to calculate the variable by using excel. Since we are not familiar with excel, but fortunately one of our members knows about it and teaches us something about this excel and guide us. All of our members met up at one free time and finally we managed to finish it. I was also grateful to those guidelines on times that help us a lot in our assignments.

    

     I am very happy with my teammates because we manage to resolve conflicts and finish things in the end. I learned many things about teamwork and also appreciated what I have whether it is about the correct method of social interaction between members or new knowledge. It is a great thing that I have learned through the time in the course.
