          The integrated assignment in semester 2, it mainly deals with the DIB Coffee of Hawaii Café. My team and I had been to there for 2 times to gather information to do the assignment. During the first visit, I feel grateful that there are still some people out there to help the disable by training them to work in order they can be independent when they entered the society. This also gave me inspire to join the company and help more people in needs. We finally have the chances to meet the manager during the second visit. The manager is so funny yet knowledgeable. One good thing I learnt from her is that money is not necessary the most important thing when doing a business, happiness is the main thing to seek for. Most importantly, I learnt patient from her. It is very important to me because I am a hot tempered person; I will get annoyed easily on a small matter. Also, I learnt to not give up so easily. Although the employees there are deaf but yet they did not give up on their life, they stood up and learn to work like normal does. This touched me and motivated me.

          During this interview, I found that I like communicating with the disable group of employees using some basic sign language that Ms Lanna taught us. In my opinion, I think that working in the café for one or two days will surely gave me more knowledge on how to communicate and handling them.

          Furthermore, I got the chances to get to know more about my group mate personal life. We are no longer like normal friends that just eat and play together. Now we share our experiences, thoughts, jokes and many more. Also, we have our first formal talk during the panel discussion. It was fun and new. Moreover, I learnt from my mate. For example, I learnt from idea they throw out during discussing.
