A good day starts with a healthy breakfast.  “Eat better; Feel better “are the slogan of DIB’s new breakfast special, everyone needs a healthy breakfast to energize the day, so eat better and you will feel better.  The purpose of this report is to briefly introduce about the recipe of berry omelette in DIB new breakfast menu. Many people underestimate the value of breakfast; you need to provide enough new energy for your body to get started and to keep you functioning until lunch.  A good breakfast should include nutritious and proteins to keep our body healthy.  

 

          Berry Omelette is made especially for the employees who are busy working every day. Fact shows that many workers always skipped for breakfast and this is so unhealthy. Eat better, Feel better, workers need to have a healthy breakfast every single day in order to perform well on their duties.  A healthy breakfast is the most important meal of the day,  and research shows that eating something before you work can help to boost your concentration, energy levels, and set you up for better eating throughout the day.  

          If you skip breakfast, don’t worry about overeating at lunch or the rest of the day, report Cornell nutritional scientists July 2 in the journal Physiology and Behaviour. In fact, nixing breakfast a few times a week may be a reasonable strategy to shed pounds, they say.

 

          The ingredients of berry omelette includes an egg, a tea spoon size of skimmed milk, three pinches of cinnamon, half of the tea spoon of rapeseed oil, hundred gram of cottage cheese, and hundred and fifty gram of copped strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Blueberries are a source of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, Phenolics, and flavonoids.  They are very low in fat and sodium.  Raspberries are thought to contain compounds that are important towards having a healthy vision.  Raspberries help in reduction of the risk being affected by several types of cancers and heart diseases.  Strawberries rang amongst the top ten fruits and vegetables in antioxidant capacity.  Strawberry helps burn stored fat, boost short term memory, low in calories, and high in fiber. 

 

          In this new breakfast menu, the 30% profits of Berry Omelette will be donating to the people with disability.  Besides that, DIB will also take 10% profits of this breakfast special to train more workers with disability in cooking skills and etc.   It is not just benefits the customers and the company, but also helping people outside the world.  A healthy breakfast are very important to everyone, berry omelette would be the best choice for you to have a healthy body.
